What's Your Return Policy? 


We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for a refund minus a 25% restock fee or store credit. You can receive a refund on all products except those marked "Custom Order" or "Sale". All items marked "Custom Order" or "Sale" may be returned for store credit only. There is a 25% re-stock fee, per item, on any wedding or formal gown returns.  Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount.

How to Request A Refund: 

Refund requests must be made within 7-days of delivery. Please email for a return authorization code. or call 833-274-3318 - Our business hours are Monday - Friday 10:30 AM - 2 PM EST 

We are not responsible for return postage. 

Please Note:

You must request a return authorization number from us within 7 days after receiving your order.

Once we receive your package, it can take 5-10 business days to process your refund/store credit.

If you need an exchange that is time sensitive due to an upcoming event, please let us know ASAP and we can offer you alternate options.

All items must be returned in the original condition as received.

Returns on Rush orders:
We do not offer returns or refunds on Rush orders. An order is considered rush if it is ordered within 12 weeks of your event date or expected date of receipt. Although we always plan the completion and delivery of your dress with time to spare, we are are not responsible for shipping delays, weather delays, natural disasters, or lost items. In the event that a dress does not arrive on time due to USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex shipper failure, we will file a claim for the full amount of the dress and reimburse you once the claim is paid. 
We do not accept cancellations after 24-hours of your order being placed. To request a cancellation within 24-hours, please email for a return authorization code. or call 833-274-3318 - Our business hours are Monday - Friday 10:30 AM - 2 PM EST
There is a 10% cancellation fee for any wedding or formal dress orders. 
---------------Chargeback Fraud
We work very closely with our clients to ensure they receive a perfect dress.  Clients who purchase a dress, ignore our return/cancellation policy, and chargeback the item will be pursued for chargeback fraud both with the credit card company and the Cocke County, Tennessee Circuit court and Sheriff's office (where applicable). Upon checkout, you are agreeing to our return policy and terms. There are no exceptions. If you chargeback, you are going to find yourself in court and/or have a criminal warrant issued in the State of Tennessee. No notices will be given and the action is non-negotiable. 
Due to recent illegal purchase and return activity, this policy has become necessary.
